North Central WV Community Action Association, Inc. (NCWVCAA) has released the 2017 Annual Report. The report outlines the 2017 programs and objectives as well as defines the strategy and future direction of the agency.

NCWVCAA encourages the community to visit their website at www.ncwvcaa.org to review a copy of the report or contact the Administrative Central Office at 304-363-2170 ext. 106 or 113 to request a paper copy.  NCWVCAA provides a wide range of services in nine counties to help individuals and families reach their highest levels of social and economic independence.

As a supplement to the NCWVCAA Annual Report, the Head Start/Early Head Start Program has also released their 2016-2017 Annual Report.  NCWVCAA has directed the Head Start Program since its award in 1965 and is one of the largest Head Start grantee programs in the State of West Virginia and the only program that has a Delegate, Monongalia County Board of Education, to provide Head Start services and serves 181 children.  NCWVCAA is also the Grantee for the Early Head Start program serving 52 prenatal/infant/toddlers and their families in five counties while the Head Start Program serves 643 children and families in the seven county service area.
