Burns is a fourth year 4-Her and is a member of the Four Leaf Clovers 4-H club.
She regularly attends monthly club meetings and participates in community service on both club and county levels. She is dedicated, hardworking, always willing to help and is an excellent example of what a young 4-Her should be.
Each club leader nominates a deserving member to represent their club during the monthly leader’s association meeting. All leaders vote and select the 4-Her of the month.
