Mary Carr is a ninth year 4-Her and a member of the Clover Crusaders 4-H club, and Teenleaders. She regularly attends monthly club meetings, is active in county wide community service and is a great role model for younger 4-H members.
Each club leader nominates a deserving member to represent their club during the monthly leader’s association meeting. All leaders vote and select the 4-Her of the month.
