The second annual Parsons Day was held Saturday, August 22. This year’s event was bigger and better than last year’s by leaps and bounds. The day started with a car show in the morning, followed by a Corn Hole Tournament with registration at noon. Bounce houses, axe throwing and ski ball were available all day for everyone with food and craft vendors packed throughout downtown Parsons hawking a variety of goods for the crowds that kept vendors hopping through the day.
Live music echoed through Parsons all afternoon and into the evening with the day beginning with Ryan Cain at noon, followed by the Soda Pop Gypsies taking the stage at three and ending the day with Hair Supply rocking the town well into the evening.
