PRO ON TRAC DESIGN COMMITTEE RELEASES DOWNTOWN SIGNS FOR PUBLIC COMMENT

PRO ON TRAC Design Committee Chairperson Jason Myers has released preliminary directional signage for downtown Parsons, West Virginia and is asking the public for comments/feedback on the signs.  Comments/feedback can be made on Facebook or by email at cityofparsons@frontiernet.net.

“There is nothing more frustrating for visitors than to not know where things are when visiting our city,” said Jason Myers.  “Directional signage has many benefits, including boosting local businesses, promoting the use of local amenities, and providing the nearest location for facilities.”

The design of the signs came from the county-wide branding initative recently adopted by the Tucker Cultural District Authority as well as other cities and towns across the county.

This project is being made possible by a partnership between the City of Parsons, PRO ON TRAC, West Virginia University, and the Tucker Cultural District Authority.
