Romney DMV Regional Office to closed permanently; new Keyser location scheduled to open March 3

CHARLESTON, WV – The West Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles Regional Office in Romney will close at end of business tomorrow, Wednesday, Feb. 24, to allow DMV staff to prepare to open at the new Keyser location at 196 North Tornado Way, Suite 8. The office in Keyser is scheduled to open on Wednesday, March 3, 2021.

All appointments at the current Romney location for the rest of this week have been rescheduled to the new Keyser location. In addition, all appointments at the Romney location after this week will be honored at the new location in Keyser.
