Single vehicle accident possibly medically related

According to a press release from the Tucker County Sheriff’s Department, on Thursday, Feb. 23, at approximately 10:10 p.m., members of the Tucker County Sheriff’s Department, PVFD and EMS were dispatched to a single vehicle accident on US219 near Kingsford Charcoal Plant. During the investigation, it was discovered that the driver, identified as Steve Molone, was driving a 2014 Chrysler van. Evidence on the scene showed that the vehicle had crossed the center line, ran off the left side of the road and struck an embankment. The reason for the accident is suspected to be medically related.
