The Blackwater Chapter of the DAR July meeting, held at Amelia’s Restaurant in Canaan Valley, was an informative one that focused on cyber security scams. West Virginia State Police First Sergeant Kevin Keplinger provided some safety measures that can be taken to protect identity.
