MORGANTOWN—United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in West Virginia is announcing their offices are closed due to the current lapse in funding of the Federal Government. Offices will reopen upon passing of a continuing resolution or a new budget. Construction activities requiring inspection by NRCS should be suspended at this time. Implementation of other conservation practices may continue, however, NRCS will be unable to process payments until funding is restored. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
