Retired School Employees Meeting: Wed July 16 at noon. TC Retired School Employees meeting is Wednesday July 16 at TC Senior Center in Parsons. Lunch is available at 11:30 if you wish, meeting to follow at 12:00 noon. All retirees welcome.

St. George Senior Outpost: July 17 at 6:00 pm. St. George Senior Outpost is July 17 at 6:00 pm at the St. George Community Church. Bring a covered dish and enjoy good food and fellowship with other seniors.

Vacation Bible School: Held at St. John’s Church, Parsons from July 21-25, 6pm – 8pm. Come MAGNIFY the Lord with us and discover the BIGNESS OF GOD!

Youth and Kids Summer Fun Event: Held at St. John’s Church, Parsons on July 26th from 1pm – 3pm. Games, Food, Bouncy House, Ice Cream and lots of Fun!

Waybright Reunion: The reunion of the descendants of Don and Irabelle (Teter) Waybright will be Sunday, July 27 at the Community Building at Red Creek. Lunch will begin at 12:30 PM. Please bring a covered dish to share. Tableware and drinks will be provided. All family and friends are welcome.

Friends of the Mountaintop Public Library: A non-profit organization that supports the library in Thomas, WV, is hosting a garden party on Saturday, August 2, in Canaan Valley. Tickets are $50 per person and proceeds will benefit the New Library Building Fund and support general operations. Ticket holders will enjoy hors d’oeuvres, desserts, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. A large silent auction will feature artwork, books, vacation rentals, golf and other activity passes, gift certificates, and much more.
