Todd and Cathy Lee of Blackman Flats recognized as “Yard of the Month” for spring’s beauty.

Cruising through Parsons to select the “Yard of the Month” is a delightful tradition for the Mountaineer Garden Club members, offering a chance to appreciate the town’s beautiful landscapes. While April often brings vibrant floral displays, this year the blooming trees are equally captivating.

The residential selections for April highlight this spring’s arboreal beauty. Todd and Cathy Lee of Blackman Flats have created a stunning scene with their home enveloped by colorful blooming trees, accented by a carpet of tulips. In Parsons, Jennie Bennet’s property showcases the elegance of multiple flowering dogwood trees alongside cheerful blooming Easter eggs.

For the Business “Yard of the Month,” the City of Parsons and its dedicated Park Crew were recognized for maintaining the community’s fresh, springtime appeal.
