Todd and Cathy Lee of Blackman Flats have created a stunning scene with their home enveloped by colorful blooming trees, accented by a carpet of tulips. In Parsons, Jennie Bennet’s property showcases the elegance of multiple flowering dogwood trees alongside cheerful blooming Easter eggs.
For the Business “Yard of the Month,” the City of Parsons and its dedicated Park Crew were recognized for maintaining the community’s fresh, springtime appeal.
