Horseshoe Run resident Carol Craver captured the beauty of Tucker County before the mid-July severe thunderstorms tore through the area, leaving high water and destruction throughout the county. Much of the county saw around three inches of rain during the storm July 22. In one image, she captured a black swallowtail on cornflowers.
In the other, she captured the Horseshoe Run sunset.
