At the meeting, due to the sudden resignation of Recorder Rick Lemons, the Council voted to appoint Kathy DiBacco to the position of Recorder. Councilman Seth Rosenau was also voted to vacate his two year term to fill the remainder of DiBacco’s remaining four year term, which would leave a vacant two year term to be filled on the Council.
