Jingle all the way

Debbie Ritter, VP and Branch Manager of Citizens Bank of Parsons, presents a check for $100 to Mountaineer Garden Club President Faith Moore for the annual display of Christmas florals that is on view in the bank’s lobby from Dec. 8th until Dec. 22nd. Members display a creative floral design to reflect the theme selected for the season. The public is invited to view the display and vote for their favorite creation. Final voting is Dec. 18th when the votes will be counted and the winner announced.
