PRO/On TRAC Elects Two New Board Members

PRO/On Trac elected  two new members of its board—Carrie Allender and Phyllis Garcia.  Carrie serves as Vice President of Lending and Business Development for Davis Trust Company.  She manages the Davis Trust Co.  LPO Office in Thomas.  Carrie also  serves as President-elect of The Rotary Club of Tucker County. 

Phyllis Garcia is a native of Tucker County and retired back  to her home county in 2017.  She is also active in the community serving as Registrar of the Blackwater Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, a member of   the Canaan Valley History Group, the International Order of Odd Fellows and St. Paul’s Methodist Church. 

According to Executive Director of PRO/On Trac Cynthia Kolsun, “these women have so much to offer to our board.  They both are excited to help our community and bring experience and creativity to the board.”
