Tucker Valley Elementary Middle School held a craft show Saturday, April 20th in the school gymnasium. Among the variety of vendors at the event, the Tucker County Animal Shelter had a booth. Other vendors included wood workers, jewelry and sewing vendors, among others. The Tucker County Animal Shelter will be hosting a golf tournament at Holly Meadows Saturday, May 18th. “Paws on the Green” will be a fund raiser for the shelter. The event will begin at 8 a.m. with a Shotgun. Cash prizes will be awarded for first, second and third places. A 50/50 auction is also slated to be held. Food and refreshments will be provided.
