GLENVILLE, WV – Garret W. Crossland-Bolyard of Parsons has graduated from Glenville State University as part of the University’s May 2023 Commencement. Crossland-Bolyard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Administration of Justice.
