January

February

  • Six year old Vivian Crossland wins first place in the Recycling Coalition of WV Inc. coloring contest.
  • Queen Daphne, Beth Zirkle, wins Miss Congeniality at Fairs & Festivals.
  • Mt. Lions win over East Hardy.
  • Tucker County girls get three wins in busy week to improve their record to 15-2.
  • Lady Bears pick up win against Marlinton and Union.
  • Titi Ferguson donates art to Tucker County Annex.
  • Hamrick PSD receives AWOP Award.
  • Lady Mt. Lions pick up wins over Pendleton County and Notre Dame.
  • Tucker boys pick up wins over East Hardy and Southern.
  • Lady Bears win over Lady Wildcats.
  • Eddie Kachmarek signs to play football at Robert Morris.

  • Elizabeth Nichols and Ethan Crosten participate in the Lions club All-Star Game.
  • Chris Stadelman inducted into Marshall’s School of Mass Communications Hall of Fame.
  • Tucker County baseball picks up two wins against Paw Paw and Moorefield.
  • Tucker County Girl’s Head Coach, Jim Ambrose, was named Coach of the Year.
