Mountain Valley Bank, N.A. sponsored a pet drive for the Tucker and Randolph County animal shelters on National Dog Day, Friday, Aug. 26 and there were plenty of pets on view.
The Tucker County Animal Shelter set up in the bank parking lot and lobby, to showcase some sweet pets. The members of the shelter were on site to collect supplies and donations as well as find forever homes for some of their animals.
Supplies collected ranged from bedding and food to cleaning supplies. It is a never ending cycle to have enough supplies to operate with. All donations go directly to the health and welfare of the animals.
Visit your local shelter and adopt a new family member.
