Jamie Johnston Marsh and Daniel Marsh have purchased The Golden Anchor Getaway restaurant and cabins.

They fell in love with the property and the area when they spent their first anniversary at The Royale cabin. It is their sincerest wish that their guests can fall in love with their cabins just as they did.

The Golden Anchor Getaway LLC consists of a restaurant and six luxury log cabins. It is located two miles south of Canaan Valley Resort on WV32. The restaurant will continue to serve its widely acclaimed fresh seafood and steaks. Rest assured that it is their goal to continue with the restaurant’s business model while taking the overall experience to the next level through improved service and décor. The restaurant is open 5 to 9 p.m. daily.

The log cabin rentals offer spacious hot tubs, porches and decks, cathedral ceilings, central air, full kitchen, cozy breakfast area, satellite TV w/DVD, telephone & WiFi, luxurious bed lines, and lots of fluffy towels. The honeymoon cabins sleep two and the family cabins sleep six. The honeymoon cabins are a special place for a honeymoon or just a quiet place to relax. The family cabins are a great place to have some much needed family time. The cabins are available by calling 304-866-2722 or by visiting their website www.goldenanchorgetaway.com.
