According to a press release from the Tucker County Sheriff’s Department, on Saturday, Sept. 17 at approximately 10 a.m. Deputy C.A. Teter of the Tucker County Sheriff’s Department was dispatched to a death investigation of two Tucker County residents. The nature of the investigation is weapon related and between a husband and wife. There are no suspicious circumstances involved in the incident which is believed to have taken place on or about Friday, Sept. 16. Assisting in the investigation was the Parsons City Police Officer Dave Gidley and Cpl. J.E. Kopec of the West Virginia State Police. At this time, the names on the two desist are not being released.
