Bonnie Lou Gravelle, 64, of Pierce, West Virginia passed away January 21, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born April 30, 1954 in Parsons, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Leon Edward and Leona Jean Runion Howell.


She is survived by her husband, Marc Earl Gravelle, three daughters, Tracy Johnson and companion John Shupp, Elkins, West Virginia, Carrie Scott and companion Jesse Kovach, Davis, West Virginia, and Deven Bunnell and husband Dillon, Bruceton Mills, West Virginia.

Also surviving are seven grandchildren, Dylan and Jessica Elliott, Ashton Shaffer, Colin Summerfield, Draven, Dayton, and Delainey Bunnell, and two great-grandchildren, Gracyn White and Ryan Elliott, two sisters, Diana Shoemaker and husband Denny, Thomas, West Virginia, and Clara Shoemaker and husband Harold, Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina.

She is preceded in death by one daughter, Michelle Gravelle.

Bonnie worked for the United States Postal Service in Thomas as a mail carrier. Her favorite place to be was on the beach. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed watching Nascar and WVU Sports.

At the request of Mrs. Gravelle, she will be cremated. There are no services scheduled at this time. Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. Condolences can be made to the family at www.hinklefennerfuneralhome.com
