Cheryl DiBacco, beloved wife, mother and grandmother age 73, passed away on October 11, 2020.

Cheryl was born in South Holland, IL to George and Dorothy Rinkema. Cheryl married George DiBacco on April 19, 1975 in South Holland, IL.

Cheryl completed nursing training affiliated with Northwestern University and worked with infants in the NICU in the Chicago area. She moved with her family to Westerville, OH and later Parkersburg, WV where she was involved with her church, Girl Scouts, soccer, band, enjoyed cross-stich and multiple other activities. She continued her nursing career by teaching lamaze and doing bedside care at Camden-Clark Hospital. She later moved with her husband to Washington, PA to be closer to family. Most of all she loved being a mother and grandmother and enjoyed being with children.

She is survived by her husband George DiBacco of Washington, PA; daughter Debra Sandoval, son-in-law Julio Sandoval and grandchildren Julia and Andrew Sandoval of Washington, PA; son Daniel DiBacco, daughter-in-law Ashley DiBacco, and grandchildren Giuliana, George and Henry DiBacco of Smyrna, GA; brother David Rinkema and sister-in-law Roberta Rinkema of South Holland, IL.

She was preceded in death by George Rinkema (Father), Dorothy Rinkema (Mother).

Viewing was held Thursday Oct. 15 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home. Funeral Service were on Friday Oct. 16 at 10 a.m. with Father Timothy Grassi officiating. Intermentfollowed in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, family requests donations to be made in Cheryl’s name to the Alzhiemers Association www.alz.org.
