Dorothy Lillian Hull, 81, of Davis, WV died January 14, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born October 20, 1933 in Douglas, WV a daughter of the late Robert Cecil and Mary Leanna Roby Paugh. She was preceded in death by her husband, James B. Hull in 1997, two brothers, Robert and Lowell Todd Paugh and one grandchild, Austin W. Carr. Survivors include four sons, James (Terry) Hull, Davis, WV, Richard Hull, Parsons, WV, Steve (Julia) Hull, St. George, WV, and Robert (Tina) Hull, Davis, WV, one daughter, Donna (Mike) Mason, Parsons, WV, nine grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Hull was a graduate of Thomas High School. She was a lifelong member of Davis United Methodist Church and a member of the church choir. She was active in Community Circle. She enjoyed cooking, baking, reading, and gardening. She was employed several years at Blackwater Lodge. She was a devoted mother and grandmother for her family.

Friends were received Friday, January 16, from 2-8 p.m. at Hinkle Funeral Home. Funeral services were held 1 p.m., January 17, at Davis United Methodist Church with Rev. Neil Parsons officiating. Interment followed in Rose Hill Cemetery. Hinkle Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. www.hinklefuneralhome.com
