Elouise Harriet Helmick

Elouise Harriet Helmick, 78, of Thomas, WV, passed away on February 23, 2022, after a courageous battle with cancer and dementia. She was born on October 17, 1943, in Parsons, WV. 

 

Harriet was a loving Wife, Mother, Sister, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. She enjoyed family, friends, get-togethers and craft hobbies. She was loved by everyone that met her and she would be happiest to know that her loved ones who will strive to honor her memory will do so by living their lives to the fullest. 

 

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Glen “Bud” Helmick; one son, David Helmick and wife Tammy; one daughter, Sandy Holland; four grandchildren, Crystal Hicks, Tyler Helmick, Zachary Schweiger and Dylan Schweiger; a great-grandson, Aiden Fullano; a brother, Robert Archer and wife Ginger along with many cousins, nieces, nephews, close relatives and friends. 

 

Friends were received Tuesday, March 1, 2022, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. with Pastor Jay Bunting officiating. Graveside services will be held 1:30 p..m. ,Thursday, March 3, 2022, at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens, Baltimore, MD. The Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Helmick family at this time.
