Ethan Everett Streets, infant son of Bradley Robert and Jesica Dawn Ware Streets, of Parsons, died within minutes of his birth on Monday, July 24, 2017, in Monongalia General Hospital, Morgantown.


Surviving, in addition to his parents, are maternal grandparents, Matthew Preston and Arlene Ware and Tamara Michelle (Folk) Ware, all of Martinsburg; paternal grandparents, Robert Lewis and Delores Jean (Godwin) Streets, Parsons; maternal great grandparents, George and Joann Folk, Martinsburg and Sarah Ware, Inwood; paternal great grandparents, Wanda (Phillips) Streets, Valley Furnace Community and Doris Godwin, Parsons.

Graveside services were conducted on Saturday, July 29, 2017, at the Mt. Castle Cemetery on Shiloh Road, Moatsville.  The Rev. Caroll Harvey officiating.

The Stemple & Forman Funeral Home was entrusted with arrangements.
