Glen Dorman Strawser, 85, of Eglon, WV passed away November 7, 2013 at his home. He was born February 9, 1928 at Eglon, West Virginia, a son of the late Ervin Bliss Strawser and Norah L. (Evans) Strawser. Mr. Strawser was also proceeded in death by his wife Helen Mae Paugh Strawser on August 12, 2013 and one sister Helen Louise Phillips.

He is survived by two sons, Roger Lee (Debbie) Strawser, Eglon, WV, Alan Dale (Annette) Strawser, Amboy, WV, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Mr. Strawser was employed as a truck driver before his retirement. He was a member of the Brookside Church of the Brethren, and enjoyed farming.

Friends were received at Hinkle Funeral Home Sunday November 10, 2013 from 2 to 8 p.m. Funeral service were held November 11, 2013 at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Rogers Fike officiating. Interment will follow at the Maple Spring Cemetery.
