Kathy Jean Villalobos, 64, of Thomas passed away on August 31, 2024, at Peace Healthcare at Dennett Road. Born on September 8, 1959, in Parsons, she was the daughter of James W. and Frances L. (Paugh) White whom survives.

She was a graduate of Mountaineer High School. She worked for Cortland Acres in the dietary department until retirement. She was a member of the Thomas United Methodist Church. Kathy enjoyed crafts, knitting, and going shopping. She loved time spent with her family. 

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son, Timothy R. White of Thomas, four grandchildren, Zaden A. White, Bryce White, Noah White, and Braxton White. 

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Matilda Starr Villalobos. 

Kathy’s wishes for cremation was honored. There will be a celebration of life held on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at 1 PM in the Thomas United Methodist Church. 

The Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home is honored to be serving Kathy’s family.
