Pamela Dawn Frye, 63, of Davis, WV, formerly of Barboursville, WV, passed away Thursday, September 5, 2024. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in Frye Cemetery, Salt Rock. She was born February 9, 1961, in Huntington, a daughter of the late Gerald Eugene Frye and Carolyn Sue Rowe. She was preceded in death by her husband Tad Holipski. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Sara and Bobby Layne of Barboursville; son and daughter-in-law, Ben and Megan Wilks of Poca; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Suzanne and Jeremy Luck of Milton and Sommer and Paul Ristow of Huntington; three brothers and sisters-in-law, David and Terri Frye of Salt Rock, Christopher Whitney of Ona, and Stephen and Stephanie Whitney of Barboursville; and five grandchildren, Peyton Black, Caleb Black, Noah Black, Audrey Walker and Abram Wilks. Pam was a beloved member of the Canaan Valley Community. She leaves behind a tribe of close friends. Visitation will be from 12 to 1 p.m. Tuesday prior to the service.
