Lulu “Bunny” Mary Wilson, 49, a resident of Hendricks, passed from this life on Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown with her family by her side. She had been in declining health and death was attributed to cancer.

Bunny was born on Friday, March 21, 1969, in Elkins, a daughter of the late Herbert K. Wilson and Woneda G. Keener Wilson.

She also had two other nieces Martha Gardner of Elkins, and Joyce Walsh of Logan County, two nephews, Willie Rosier of Logan County and Randy Way of Painesville, OH.

Preceding Bunny in death besides her parents was a sister, Joann Meade.

Bunny attended the schools of Tucker County. She loved her pets, and she enjoyed being outdoors, playing basketball, working puzzles, and coloring. She especially loved her bear that stayed with her at all times. Bunny never knew a stranger. She was a very loving and kind-hearted soul that touched many lives and will be sadly missed, especially by her family,

Visitation was held at the Hostetler Funeral Home on Saturday, March 16 from 12 to 2 p.m., the funeral hour. Rev. Neal Parsons will officiate, and interment will follow at Parsons City Cemetery. The Hostetler Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements for Lulu “Bunny” Mary Wilson. Send online condolences to the family at www.hostetlerfuneralhome.com.
