Norma Jean Lansberry, 67, passed away March 10, 2018 at Grant Memorial Hospital, Petersburg, WV. She was born June 13, 1950 a daughter of the late Theodore Arlie Dove and Orpha Mae Evans.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Lansberry in 1999.
Mrs. Lansberry is survived by one son, James (Jeanie) Lansberry of Evans WV, two daughters, Pam Lansberry, Petersburg, WV and Jenese Lansberry, Parsons, WV, one sister, Beverly (John) Snyder, Grafton, WV, two grandchildren Megan Pugh and Zoey Hebb, and two great-grandchildren, Adalyn Pugh and Delaney Wheeler. She was preceded in death by one brother, James Dove.
She was employed as a reservationist at Canaan Valley Resort. She was a devout Christian and loved singing and serving in the Leadmine United Methodist Church.
Friends will be received at Hinkle Funeral Home Thursday, March 15, 2018 from 1 – 2 p.m., the funeral hour, with Rev. Brad Barton officiating the funeral service. Internment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery. Hinkle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. www.hinklefuneralhome.com
