Sandra Sue Carr, age 73, of Davis, WV died at her home on December 3, 2020. She was born December 06, 1946 at home in Dryfork, WV; a daughter to the late Clarence and Nellie (Wymer) Kisamore.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jeffrey Carr, one brother, Phillip Bonner, two sisters, Linda Bonner Zamora and husband Alfredo, Patricia Bonner, and two infant brothers-Morris Dale Wymer and Harry Dale Wymer.

She is survived by two sons, Donald Merle Lambert, Jr., and Samuel Merle Lambert, one daughter, Melissa Wynkoop and husband Steve, six grandchildren, Ashley Grammick and husband Kenny, Jade Samantha Lambert, Aubrey L. Mayo, Steven and Jessica Wynkoop, and Christopher J. Lambert, one great grandson, Knox Grammick, three brothers, David Bonner and wife Brownie, Shawn Bonner and partner Tracy Hamner, Timothy Turner and wife Phyllis, one sister, Kathy Nelson and husband Robbie, and one sister-in-law, Sharon Bonner. Several nieces and nephews survive.

After graduating from Harman High School in 1965, she worked in retail sales for multiple companies. Ms. Carr was a past member of Davis City Council. She was an avid Elvis fan and her favorite pastime was watching murder investigation series and action fiction shows. Sandra loved to babysit J.D., the Kent Avenue dog.

Ms. Carr’s request for cremation will be honored. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Condolences and memories may be shared with the family at www.hinklefennerfuneralhome.com The Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home is honored to be of service to the Carr family at this time.
