This is a photo of the Catholic Church in Davis. The Saint Veronica’s Catholic Church was closed due to declining attendance and combined with the Saint Thomas Catholic Church. This happened in the early 1990’s. The building was taken down and lumber salvaged for use by others. At some time, lightning struck the Spire and major damage was inflicted so that it had to be removed and the top capped off not far from the roof top.
