Turner’s Tidbits

This is a photo of  Mary King Scott.  She was the daughter of Enoch Grant and Lucretia Stalnaker King. Mary had other siblings: brothers: Grant, Charles, Paul, Sisters: Edna King, Gladys Upton.  Mary was born in Kempton. When Mary married  Angelo Scott, they moved to Pierce.  Other than a brief few years of living in Parsons, Angelo and Mary lived all their lives in Pierce. Mary was a cook and baker in the kitchen at Blackwater Falls Lodge.  Mary and Angelo had five children:  Jeannette Lambert, Lucretia Roby, Samuel  Joseph deceased, Carolyn Shepherd, Richard Scott.  Angelo worked as a welder and a coal miner.
