This is believed to be Delbert “Slim” Little’s father. Slim’s wife was Kathryn “Katie” Kelley Little and she was one of the Cookie Ladies; she was the founder of the organization . She had worked as store manager for Cunningham’s Store and Parsons Department Store. She was recognized in Washington, DC as Project Impacts Citizen because of the work the Cookie Ladies did to help build a flood wall around the City.
