The new Eastern WV Community & Technical College Foundation Fund will be used for the purpose of supporting the Eastern WV Community & Technical College Foundation. The Tucker Community Foundation shall make a distribution on an annual basis to the Eastern WV Community and Technical College Foundation, for various purposes, with the exception that upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Eastern WV Community and Technical College Foundation, the distribution may be reinvested with the Fund.
The Eastern WV Community & Technical College Foundation and St. George Medical Clinic established the fund with $20,000 that will later be used for an annual scholarship(s), the Foundation will determine annually an appropriate percentage of the fair market value of the aggregate of the principal and income of the fund for distribution for the charitable purposes for which it is intended.
