The Davis Thomas Boys’ Basketball Team took on the Tygarts Valley Bulldogs last Thursday. The Bears jumped out to an early lead in the first quarter, 7-2 over the Bulldogs. Tygarts Valley would battle back before the break to take a 16-12 lead into the half. DT would continue to lose ground in the third period falling behind 34-15 going into the final quarter of play. The Bears would ultimately lose the contest to a final score of 46-22, with Tygarts Valley taking home the win. The Bears will travel to West Preston Middle School on Monday, January 6th at 7:00pm, and to Kasson Middle School on Thursday, January 9th at 6:30pm.
