DAVIS-THOMAS GIRLS’ BASKETBALL FALLS IN PLAYOFF GAME

MOOREFIELD – The Davis-Thomas Girls’ Basketball team traveled to Moorefield on Monday February 7th.  In the game Davis-Thomas fell in the contest 44-23.  Izzy Kitzmiller led the Lady Bears with 8 points and Mayah Gross added 8 points in the loss for Davis-Thomas.

In the Boys’ game Davis-Thomas got the win over Union by the score of 46-17.  Carson Dearborn led the Bears with 15 points and Logan Shahan added 8 points in the win for Davis-Thomas.

 

HAMBLETON – The Lady Bears traveled to TCHS Gym on Tuesday February 8th for a contest against Tucker Valley.  The game was close as Tucker Valley held on for the 28-22 victory.  Davis-Thomas was led in scoring by Mayah Gross with 11 points and Isabell Bennett added 4 points for the Lady Bears in the loss.

 

CAPON BRIDGE – The Davis-Thomas Girls’ Basketball team traveled to Capon Bridge for a PVL First Round Playoff game on Thursday February 10th.  The Lady Bears fell in the contest 42-18,  Davis-Thomas was led in scoring by Mayah Gross with 6 points.  Izzy Kitzmiller and Emmy Cangly added 5 points each in the loss for the Lady Bears.  For more info go to TuckerCountySports.Com.
