Davis-Thomas Girls’ & Boys’ Basketball Update

TERRA ALTA – The Davis-Thomas Middle School Boys’ Varsity team traveled back to East Preston on Saturday December 29th to play East Preston in the last game of the Holiday Tournament. Davis-Thomas picked up the win by the final score of 39-28. Aaron Quattro led Davis-Thomas with 19 points and Maddox Anderson added 12 points for the Bears in the win.

NESTORSVILLE – The Davis-Thomas Girls’ and Boys’ Basketball teams traveled to Kasson Middle on Thursday January 3rd. The JV Boys’ team got the victory 43-22. Jayden Hallem led Davis-Thomas in scoring with 16 points and Trevan Bonner added 10 points.

The Lady Bears fell in their contest with Kasson 44-12. Ella Spencer and Erika Zirk led Davis-Thomas with 3 points each.

CAPON BRIDGE – Davis-Thomas traveled to Capon Bridge on Saturday afternoon on January 5th for 4 games. The Girls’ JV team fell in their contest 24-9. Kenzi Darby led Davis-Thomas with 4 points. The Girls’ Varsity team also fell by the final score of 29-18. Rachel Felton and Ella Spencer led the Lady Bears in the loss with 6 points each.

The Boys’ JV team fell in their contest 30-12. Kaiden Hebb led Davis-Thomas with 4 points. The Boys’ Varsity got the victory by the final score of 50-34. The Bears were led in scoring by Maddox Anderson with 13 points and Mason Kisamore added 12 points in the win for Davis-Thomas.

The Davis-Thomas Boys’ teams will host Pendleton County on Thursday January 10th at 6pm. The Girls’ teams will travel to Tygarts Valley on Friday January 11th at 5:45pm. For more info go to TuckerCountySports.Com.
