BERKELEY SPRINGS – The Davis-Thomas Boys’ teams traveled to Warm Springs Middle for a JV and Varsity contest. The Bears JV team fell in the first contest 35-8. Jaydon Hallem led Davis-Thomas with 4 points. In the Varsity game the Bears picked up the win by the final score of 48-36. Levi Bennett led Davis-Thomas with 12 points in the win.
BAKER – The Girls’ and Boys’ Davis-Thomas Basketball teams traveled to East Hardy on Friday January 25th. The Lady Bears fell in their contest by the final score of 38-10. Katelyn Simmons led Davis-Thomas with 4 points. The Boys’ JV team fell in a close game 27-25. Kaiden Hebb and Bryce White had 7 points each to lead the Davis-Thomas JV in the loss. In the Boys’ Varsity game the Bears lost by the final score of 56-44. Levi Bennett led Davis-Thomas with 22 points.
HAMBLETON – The Davis-Thomas Middle School Girls’ and Boys’ JV and Varsity teams traveled to TCHS to take on Tucker Valley on Saturday January 26th. In the first game the Lady Bears JV team fell in the contest by the final score of 29-15. Kelslynn Whitehair and Raven Matthews each scored 4 points each to lead the Davis-Thomas JV in the loss. In the Lady Bears Varsity game Davis-Thomas fell in the game 19-10. Rachel Felton led Davis-Thomas with 4 points in the loss.
In the Boys’ JV game Davis-Thomas fell in a close contest 19-16. Kaiden Hebb led the Bears JV team with 7 points. The Davis-Thomas Boys’ Varsity team fought hard, but Tucker Valley got the win 54-43. Mason Kisamore led the Bears with 16 points in the loss.
