The Lady Mt. Lions Volleyball team opened sectional play last week beginning with the Paw Paw Pirates at home. Tucker was slow out the gates falling in the first set, but got the ship righted and swept the next 3 to win the match 3 sets to 1. The Lady Mt. Lions would then have to travel to the East Hardy Cougars for the second round of sectional play. Tucker would fall in the match 3 sets to none. Now, setting at 1-1 in sectional play, Tucker will travel to Pendleton County for a matchup in which the winner will advance to the State Tournament in Charleston. The first serve is set for 6:00pm in Franklin.
