The Tucker County boys basketball team continued its impressive run in summer league play with two commanding victories.

The Mountain Lions opened with a 64–50 win over Fort Hill (Md.), using a balanced offensive attack and solid defensive effort to keep Fort Hill from mounting a late comeback.

In their second matchup, Tucker County overwhelmed East Hardy, cruising to a 69–35 victory. Their high-energy offense and relentless defense proved to be the difference for the Mt. Lions as Tucker controlled the tempo from start to finish.

Tucker County’s trio of guards, Cayden Arnold, Ethan Cummings, and Braylon Ward continue to be too much for their opponents on both ends of the gym.

The back-to-back wins highlight Tucker County’s depth and preparation, positioning the Mountain Lions as a formidable contender as summer league play continues.
