TUCKER COUNTY CROSS COUNTRY COMPETES AT ELKINS

ELKINS – The Tucker County Girls’ and Boys’ Cross Country teams traveled to Elkins on Saturday September 8th for the Forrest Festival Invitational.


In the Girls’ Race 78 runners competed and the Tucker County runners finished as follows: 29th Karlee Smith(28:03), 35th Kristin Hicks(29:22), 51st Zoe Nestor(31:29), 62nd Emma Wamsley(33:37), 64th Inza Pacella(34:28), 65th Kandace Nestor(34:58), 71st Caitlin Fladung(35:47).

In the Boys’ race 130 runners took to the course as the Tucker County athletes completed as follows: 26th Holden Young(21:00), 44th Chris Chambers(22:30), 59th Ethan Pacella(23:16), 68th Conor Greenlief(23:37), 69th John Anderson(23:40), 74th Clay Poling(24:00), 90th Taylor Long(25:23), 93rd Will White(25:40), 95th Haden Wamsley(25:42), 106th Cameron Wamsley(26:56).

Both teams will return to action on September 15th at Frankfort and then they will run at Buckhannon on September 18th. For more info go to TuckerCountySports.Com.
