Tucker County Cross Country Update

BUCKHANNON – The Tucker County Girls’ and Boys’ Cross Country teams traveled to Buckhannon on Tuesday September 18th for a 6 team Girls’ race and a 7 team Boys’ race.


In the Girls’ Race 58 runners competed and the Lady Mt. Lion runners finished as follows: 4th Kate Falls(22:16), 25th Karlee Smith(26:27), 33rd Kristin Hicks(28:08), 36th Zoe Nestor(28:32), 45th Kandace Nestor(30:59), 49th Emma Wamsley(33:47), 50th Caitlin Fladung(34:25).

In the Boys’ race 85 runners took to the course as the Tucker County Boys’ Team finished 4th overall. The Mt. Lions runners completed as follows: 6th Will White(19:24), 11th Holden Young(19:48), 15th Chris Chambers(20:06), 34th John Anderson(21:43), 35th Clay Poling(21:58), 46th Ethan Pacella(22:43), 47th Jon Rhodes(22:49), 52nd Taylor Long(23:14), 56th Conor Greenlief(23:28), 70th Cameron Wamsley(25:54), 73rd Haden Wamsley(26:24).
