FRANKLIN – The Mt. Lions Golf team traveled to Pendleton County to play in the PVC Championship at the Highland Golf Course.
Tucker County won the match to capture the PVC title. Tucker County came home with a score of 399, Moorefield(406), Tygarts Valley(429), Pendleton County(439) and Union(incomplete score). Leah Loudermilk from Pendleton County claims the 1st ever Female PVC Low Medalist(107) and Andrew Holbrook from Tygarts Valley collected the Male PVC Low Medalist honors(89). All PVC Team is as follows: Andrew Holbrook(Tygarts Valley), Zack Arbaugh(Moorefield), Holden Young(Tucker County), Ean Carr(Moorefield), Nate Dearborn(Tucker County) and Marcus Sites(Pendleton County). Sheryl Kines of Tucker County was named PVC Coach of the Year.
