Tucker Cross Country Hosts Largest Meet in School History

Tucker County Cross Country hosted their home invitational Tuesday. They had 15 schools attend, making this their record number of runners to participate in their home invitational. The Mt. Lions had two of their athletes to PR during the run. Lynk Suesli and Cameron Judy, 17:36.03 and 18:07.07 respectively. Alex Collar followed with a 18:07.48. This gave the Mt. Lions three in the top 15. Allen Collar ran a 21 flat with Ryan Scott coming in 15 seconds behind him with a 21:15. Nate Ricottilli finished at 21:40. William Gilligan crossed at 22:22. This put the Mt. Lions 5th overall with East Fairmont going home with the win. The Lady Lions had 3 runners to PR, Lela Wright, Lilly Collar and Kaydence Rosier. Their times are as follows 26:30.37, 32:20.92 and 41:15.85. Adrianna Tuttle finished the race with a time of 39:58.10. 

The Cross-Country team will host the PVC Championship on Tuesday, October 15 and then Regionals Thursday, October 24, both at Camp Kidd.
