The Tucker County Softball team kicked off its season with a nice win in a scrimmage at RCB, 13-4. Tucker recorded nine hits in the game and scored three runs in three separate innings.
Ava Shaffer, Sutton Pase and Bella Louks all had two hits in the contest with Peyton Hicks, Isabella Bennett and Rylee White all having one. Shaffer also garnered the win from the mound with Hicks pitching as well.
Tucker will return to action on the 25th at East Hardy, 27th at Tygarts Valley, and the 29th at Gilmer County.
