Tucker Track Team Off to Fast Start

The Mt. Lions Track and Field squad is off to a hot start to the season, participating in three meets to date so far. Tucker travelled to Doddridge County on March 25th making the podium in 8 different events, they then travelled to Keyser High school and took home 9 podiums with 3 of those being gold medals. The Mt. Lions finished the week with a meet in Morgantown. Tucker wouldn’t reach the podium in the large meet but still produced a strong showing. The squad will participate in meets this week on April 8th at East Hardy and on April 11th at Elkins.

Doddridge 3/25: Boys: Reid Kisamore – 3rd in Long Jump, 3rd in High Jump; Nate Ricottilli-2nd in 400m Dash; Lynk Suesli-2nd in 3200m Run; Logan Kopec, Alex Collar, Lynk Suesli, Cameron Judy-2nd in 4x800m Relay Girls: Lela Wright-3rd in 100m Dash; Estoria Chase-3rd in 3200m Run; Maya Gross- 3rd in 300m Hurdles

Keyser 4/1: Boys: Reid Kisamore- 1st in 100m Dash, 1st in Long Jump, 3rd in High Jump; Nate Ricottilli- 3rd in 400m Dash; Lynk Suesli- 3rd in 3200m Run; Allen Collar- 3rd in Pole Vault; Logan Kopec, Alex Collar, Lynk Suesli, Cameron Judy- 3rd in 4x800m Relay Girls: Estoria Chase- 1st in 3200m Run; Lela Wright- 3rd in 100m Hurdles

Morgantown 4/5: Lela Wright- 6th in 100m Dash; Raven Mathews-5th in Shot put
