TUCKER VALLEY BOYS’ BASKETBALL OPEN SEASON WITH WINS AT PAW PAW

PAW PAW – The Wildcats JV and Varsity Boys’ Basketball teams traveled to Paw Paw on Saturday December 4th.  In the first game the Wildcats JV team picked up the win by the final score of 32-14.  The Tucker Valley JV team was led by Ethan Cummings with 9 points, while Isaac Knotts connected for 8 points.  Luke Barb chipped in with 6 points in the Tucker Valley JV loss.

 

The Tucker Valley Boys’ Varsity Basketball team also picked up the win over Paw Paw by the score of 73-18.  Mikey Mitchell led the Tucker Valley Varsity with 16 points.  Luke Barb added 14 points for the Wildcats and Cameron Judy chipped in with 12 points in the Tucker Valley victory.

 

Tucker Valley will return to action tonight at Moorefield at 6pm.  The Wildcats will then travel to Romney for a 6pm JV start.  Tucker Valley will finish out the busy week with a JV / Varsity contest against Davis-Thomas at TCHS on Saturday December 11th.  The Girls’ Basketball Contest will get started at 2pm with the Boys’ games set to start after the Girls’ contest.  For more info go to TuckerCountySports.Com.
