Tucker Valley Softball garnered their first win of the season last week with a 16-0 victory over East Preston Middle school on April 2nd. Tucker would start the contest fast, notching 7 runs in the first inning while giving up zero. The Wildcats continue their streak into the second inning driving in 5 more runs and maintaining the shutout on defense.
Tucker would finish the game strong, scoring 4 more runs in the 3rd inning putting the mercy rule into effect and ending the contest. The Lady Wildcats will be back on the diamond April 8th at home against Pendleton County at 6:00pm, April 10th at Bruceton Mills at 4:00pm and on April 11th at home against Central Preston at 6:00pm.
